At Charm Lane Collection, each piece is thoughtfully designed in small batches and made to be worn, loved, kept, and gifted. We truly hope you adore your order, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help and will always strive to make things right!

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@charmlanecollection.com with your order number. We will provide a return label along with easy next steps!

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Earrings are excluded from this policy and are final sale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will quickly issue a refund to your original form of payment or process your exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@charmlanecollection.com with your order number and photos.

Our commitment to our customers is that we will always strive to make it right. This may include a replacement or another resolution!

Care & Wear

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but like all fashion jewelry, they require proper care to stay glistening.

This policy does not cover damage from normal wear, improper care, exposure to water or chemicals, or accidental damage.
