Shipping policy

Thank you for beginning your collection with us. Every Charm Lane piece is packaged with care and sent on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Standard orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Most orders are shipped via USPS, and on occasion expedited orders may be sent overnight via UPS. Once your order has been processed, you may expect the following approximate transit times:

Economy: 5 to 8 business days, complimentary
Standard: 3 to 4 business days, $20
Express: 1 to 2 business days, $35

Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays such as weather, high order volume, or carrier disruptions. Delivery times reflect transit only and do not include the order processing window. Orders may be split into more than one shipment if items become ready to ship on different dates.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Standard and expedited shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 business days depending on location.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Shipping Charges

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our very best to ensure your keepsake arrives safely and on time, Charm Lane Collection is not responsible for delays once a package is in the hands of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out and we will be glad to help.
